Agricultural Assistance

We provide technical assistance for conservation practices that reduce erosion and improve water quality including:

  • Nutrient and Animal Waste Management
  • Grassed Waterways
  • Erosion Control Structures
  • Systematic Subsurface Drainage
The District also rents conservation equipment. We have a no-till grain drill, a no-till warm-season grass drill, and a tailgate straw mulcher. Use of these tools helps prevent erosion and conserve soil.
