On December 28th, 2006, the County Commissioners approved updated Subdivision Regulations as recommended by the Delaware County Regional Planning Commission (RPC).  The Delaware SWCD would like to bring to your attention the following change: NPA applications, or No Plat Lot Splits (under 5 acres) will now add the Soil and Water Conservation District to the list of endorsements the RPC is looking for on the Development Plan.  Below are links to the RPC Subdivision Regulations, Change Chart and the Delaware SWCD No Plat Subdivision Application Form.
